Kelli Raquel - Ella Bella Skincare Lounge Owner

Kelli received her license over 15 years ago. At age 4 she knew that the beauty business was her calling. After graduation she attended Toni and Guy Academy in North Dallas. After working at a mom and pop facial studio she headed out to California where she worked at the prestigious La Costa Resort and Spa. Full Body Treatments was her focus at this mother of all spas. After several years out West, she returned home and was offered a position at one of the original medi spas in Dallas. There she studied under a facial guru that gave her a hearty skincare foundation to grow from. Kelli went on to help open Elizabeth Arden Red Door as she became lead esthetician and spa department manager.

Kelli then took a sabbatical for two years to begin her family. She had a son, Pierce and a daughter, Ella whom she would eventually name her business after. Two years later she returned to the beauty business and performed facials in Highland Park Village at a unique beauty boutique. This led to a position in consulting for a new facial spa. She was fortunate to then go to Europe to study true European skincare in Monte Carlo. With medical spas popping up on every corner, she spent a couple more years working along side physicians and nurses and sharpening her skills. After one more position as lead, she decided to finally open the doors to her very own place….Ella Bella Skincare Lounge.

Kelli realized after working at prestigious spas, from holistic to medical, that culture was the most important aspect of a good spa. Create a relaxing environment that clients want to escape to, a happy place with great treatments that deliver good results while focusing on the clients needs. Ella Bella was designed to do just that.

Erin - Master Lash Stylist

Erin has been a licensed Esthetician for five years. She has been doing lashes for three years and is considered a Master Lash Stylist. She is certified through Xtreme Lashes - the company that she believes is by far the best quality in lash products available. Erin worked in Austin for a year and a half solely doing eyelash extensions and worked under Kate Merrick, a well-known and reputable Master Lash Stylist and Trainer for Xtreme Lashes.
